By accessing the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
2. Our mission
WizzlyAI is built by parents, for parents. Our mission is to give families a kind, safe, and educational AI for children ages 4 to 16.
3. Use by children
WizzlyAI is designed for children ages 4 to 16, but registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian in compliance with COPPA and Quebec Law 25. The parent must provide verifiable parental consent before their child uses the service.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding. It gives you access to launch information and priority early access. No purchase obligation arises from this.
5. Intellectual property
WizzlyAI, the logo, the Wizzly mascot, and all graphic elements are the exclusive property of WizzlyAI Inc. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitations of liability
The service is provided "as is". WizzlyAI Inc. cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, within the limits permitted by applicable law.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms. The "Last updated" date indicates the active version. Significant changes will be communicated to you by email.
